We have a Kuerig available for you, plus complimentary coffee. - Full size washer and dryer - Outdoor space: Great lil’ deck to catch those 30A sunshine rays, and sip on your morning coffee. - Multiple beach access points - Starter kit for everything you'll need: paper towels, toilet paper, linens, towels, dish soap, laundry pods, etc. - All bathrooms come fully equipped with Public Goods body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. 🔆Where you’ll sleep: - Master Bedroom: King bed with smart TV, ceiling fan with En suite bathroom, double vanity, and walk-in shower. - Guest Room: Queen bed with smart tv, and plenty of storage. - Twin Room: Great for the kids! 2 Twin beds. - Pack-n-play is provided and is located in the master bedroom closet. 🔆Beach Access: There are a lot of options when in Prominence. - Deer Lake State Park Beach Access: Closest to Prominence! It is under a 5-minute golf cart ride or bike ride West on 30A from Prominence. This beach access has 50 parking spots available along with bathrooms and dining pavilions equipped with charcoal grills. The boardwalk here is lengthy (about a quarter mile), There is a $3 entry fee per vehicle that can be paid with cash on site or can also be reserved in advance. - Gulf Lakes Beach Access: Best for bike rides to the beach and is a 7-minute ride East on the pedestrian path on the South side of 30A. There are newly placed "No Parking" signs on the South shoulder that prohibit parking golf carts on the South shoulder directly next to the Gulf Lakes Access and Pelican Circle community all the way to Camp Creek Lake. - Seabreeze Beach Access: Right past Gulf Lakes Access and is another option with available North side 30A shoulder parking slightly closer to its entry. You can park and use the nearby crosswalk to crossover 30A directly to the access entry. - Walton Dunes Beach Access: 10 min. golf cart ride West on 30A from Prominence. If you don't feel like paying the $3 at Deer Lake, then this is our favorite beach. This access is tucked in a residential area off 30A but has a public parking lot about 100 yards from the access entry. Walton Dunes is an easier entry as it has no boardwalk or steps, and you can walk from the road directly onto the beach. This is a good option for dropping off passengers and gear then parking in the nearby lot. The parking lot is limited, so getting here early is suggested. There are plenty of bicycle racks at the access should you decide to ride a bike. - Inlet Beach Regional Access: 15-minute car ride but is a great option with ample parking, on-duty Lifeguards, and restrooms. You cannot take the golf cart to the Inlet Beach Access due to the distance from the house and because carts are restricted in Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and along Highway 98. 🔆Beach gear Included with your rental: - 6-seater golf cart - Beach chairs - Beach toys and floats 🔆Community: - Community Pool: This is right outside your doorstep! You’ll have access to 2 resort style pools – the one that is closest to the home (30 second walk) has zero entry and is - heated during the months of October, November, March and April. - Community grill: A quick walk over to the pool and you’ll also have access to the grill and accompanying table. - Prominence neighborhood: The Prominence subdivision is a great spot for families. It is right in the middle of all the 30A attractions! You can get anywhere along 30A on the included golf cart. Several beach access points are available within 1 mile. You can park your golf cart and have toes in the sand within 3-5 mins. The Town of Prominence is located on HWY 30A between Seagrove Beach and Alys Beach, next to WaterSound Beach. Residents will enjoy easy access to a beautiful town center at The Big Chill, resort-style pools, and nearby walking trails of Deer Lake State Park. ''The Big Chill'' includes restaurants, shops, and an amphitheater with a covered event pavilion, a cinema screen for movies, as well as a stage for concerts and events.
